Rowlf and Fozzie Bear on the Muppet Show (among others)

If we didn't have all the piracy and sharing, the media companies wouldn't have seen how valuable all the sharing really is, and this clip wouldn't be available. (Notice the disclaimer at the end about Muppets Holding Co., LLC)

Florida Creatives Happy Hour - Jan 15th at Florida Creatives

Well, the Holiday crush is over and it is time to look ahead to the new year and how Florida Creatives will be one of the hottest things to hit Orlando since DMAC (if you don't count this little thing called The Red Chair Project, or CityArts Factory of course).

Here's the history of it so far -- Me » Alex Rudloff » Chris Finke » C.K.

We had our first Florida Creatives Happy Hour last night, and I must say it was a success.

Big thanks to Marc, Alex, Kathryn, Kait, Emily, Becky, Charles and Ryan (me).

Keep checking Florida Creatives for more details.

Quote of the evening by Becky Lane:

The first post here on Florida Creatives will be to announce our first networking event! One of the goals of this podcast is to serve the community of entrepreneurs, filmmakers, thespians, bloggers and podcasters, artists, designers, architects - all are welcome at this event. The goal is to start a discussion amongst these groups and stir things up in Florida.

It's not a truck it's tubes!

This post went in to my "drafts" during BlogOrlando. Since then I have been reading and writing more blogsand videoblogs. I even made a few of my own.

What else to say? Mad Cow Theatre, from now until Sunday, be there!

Check out the Orlando Puppet Festival Website or MySpace for schedules and links to show info.

I will be posting things to BloggingFringe.com, I think. I guess that's why I invented Art::Meta(), but I think I am going to consolidate channels soon, or at least aggregate, more news at 11.

Ever heard of Samurai Jack? Dexter’s Lab? Clone Wars (animated)? Well now you will have The Power of the Dark Crystal!! Amazing!

Not only is someone bringing back a GOOD franchise (not remaking, but continuing), they are getting talented people to work on it! Brian Froud is back. Genndy is the man, and the Orphanage will do animation.
