Structured Anarchy was describing the structure of the community that organized around Drupal. That there seemed to be chaos and disorder, yet some how everyone was able to build these amazing systems with limited effort and resources. As I started to go through the interview data though, I happened upon a different concept. I wanted to analyze where this community came from, because everyone talked about community but never identified who that entailed. What caused this vibrant community to emerge that keeps this chaos managable?

because of moments like that. It doesn't happen every session, but often enough we can reach out to someone new and give them the inspiration, confidence, insight, or simple kick-in-the-pants they need to take the next leap in their career, their learning, and in helping those around them grow, too. Most people we reach likely don't respond so explicitly, but speakers know they're out there. Different topics or styles will resonate for different people, but they will pick up on it.

“Even so, land and people have suffered together, as invariably they must. Under the rule of industrial economics, the land, our country, has been pillaged for the enrichment, supposedly, of those humans who have claimed the right to own or exploit it without limit. Of the land-community much has been consumed, much has been wasted, almost nothing has flourished. But this has not been inevitable. We do not have to live as if we are alone.”

Welcome to the Song-O-Phone! Each track represents a link in the chain, begun by sending Song I to a single person. Each artist only heard the version directly before them when recording their track, then had 24 hours to complete theirs. There are three chains, numbered with I, II, III... and 2, 3, 4... and lettered A, B, C.
“Our goal is to make possible that everybody [in Spain] gets (his or her) own 3D model for free,” said Ángel Llavero, CEO of Grupo Sicnova. To accomplish their feat in Torrequebradilla, Grupo Sicnova invited every resident to step inside the Clonescan 3D, which can scan a person in just 15 seconds. All a user has to do is enter the model’s height, and four infrared sensors work simultaneously to render an image within 90 seconds. The image is then converted into a file in a cloud-based storage system, which participants can later access through Clonescan’s website.
